Privacy policy

TuttoCasa is built by a small Australian team. We collect the minimum we need to render your room and run your credits. Here is the lot, in plain English.

What we collect

Room photos. When you generate a render, your photo travels to our servers and on to our AI provider for processing. It is used transiently to produce your result. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

Email address. If you buy credits or a subscription, we keep your email to manage your balance and send receipts. Nothing else.

Anonymous analytics. We record anonymous usage events (a render started, a page viewed) to understand what works. These are not tied to your name or photos.

What we never do

We do not sell personal information. We do not train models on your photos. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Where your data lives

Renders are processed on cloud infrastructure, and your saved projects live on your own device. Payment details are handled by Apple or Stripe; we never see your card number.

Deleting your data

Email goblowau@gmail.com and we will delete everything we hold about you, usually within a few business days. Deleting the app removes all projects stored on your device.
